Today was the big World Series Celebration Parade. It was a rolling rally with the team riding through Boston on the Duck Boats. Papelbon did his jig. Dropkick Murphy's sang the rally songs "Dirty Water- Tessie- and Shipping up to Boston" The weather was awesome. The season is now officially over.
It was said during the postgame celebration the other night that 2004 was the championship for our parents and grandparents (they waited 86 years for it) This Series was for us to enjoy.
