Handcuffed prisoner assaulted by jail mates

A handcuffed prisoner was kicked repeatedly by four of his jail mates inside of a holding cell.
These are the so called innocent party goers right after they were arrested the night they claim that they were innocent calm baby shower attendees. This was the same ferocity they came after the police with. With one exception, when they were going after the cops they were not handcuffed.
