I took the family out to see the Chipmunks Movie today, it was computer generation at its finest. I grew up with the 'munks and one of my very favorite records "yes I said records, not cd's not mp3s re-cords" was Chipmunk Punk, it had the song My Life from Billy Joel as well as a bunch of other really cool outdated songs.
It was a history lesson on how the Chipmunks were formed along with the grudging love of David Seville and the evil promoter who wants to overexpose them for his own monetary gain.
It had a lot of really funny moments and the kids loved it. And dont tell no one but so did I.....
