Police log: Visit to ex-girlfriend results in arrest
A man was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after he paid a call on his former girlfriend on Valentines Day and tried to start a fight with her new boyfriend, police said.
The man was found outside his ex girlfriends home, shirt ripped off, and scrapes and blood on his face and chest.
His former girlfriend told Officer Enforcer that she and the man had dated, but the relationship had been over for some time.
She told police the man went out and got drunk, then called her to tell her he was coming over, police said.
When she asked him not to, he came anyway and had words with her new boyfriend, police said.
The man was taken into custody after he refused to cooperate with police.
The incident was reported at 12:32 a.m. Thursday, police said.
